Having a great work ethic - I work a full 8 hours on site - and because of my problem solving nature I enjoy the technical aspects of the work.
I am forward thinking adapting tried and tested methods and like learning new ideas which work.
I often have to rectify work by other tradesmen who have either misdiagnosed issues or have poor expertise and product knowledge.
